Your responsibilities as a user
Users play an important role in keeping the TLL Alumni Portal secure. You should use the website only for lawful and proper purposes, provide accurate information when using forms or account functions, and avoid actions that may compromise the website, other users, or TLL systems.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, interfere with the operation of the website, introduce malicious code, upload harmful files, misuse another user’s account, or use the website in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair TLL’s systems.
Protecting your account and device
If you create or use an account on the TLL Alumni Portal, you should keep your login details confidential and notify TLL if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation. You should also maintain appropriate security on your own devices, including using updated browsers, applying software updates, using reputable anti-malware protection where appropriate, and avoiding access through shared or untrusted devices.
TLL will never ask you to disclose your password through unsolicited email messages. If you receive a suspicious message that appears to be from TLL or the TLL Alumni Portal, you should not click on unknown links, open unexpected attachments, or provide personal information unless you have verified the request.
